    The orderminimum is €250 Free shipping on orders from €400 in the Netherlands and Belgium, for orders below this amount the shipping costs are €8,-

    Europe

    The shipping costs for the rest of Europe are € 15.00. The delivery of orders over € 500 is free. With exception of the Unit Kingdom and Switzerland. 

    Delivery date

    The Netherlands and Belgium: 1-3 working days.

    Europe: 5-10 working days, depending on the country of destination.

    Express delivery

    In case you want to order something urgently, please first contact us via [email protected]. We then look at the possibilities of having your order delivered to the desired address in time.

    Pick up 'Showroom' in Aalsmeer

    It is also possible to pick up your order from our office in Aalsmeer. Please contact us via [email protected] to make an appointment for this.

    Address change

    Customers are obliged to notify us of any change of address via the Poetree Kids webshop. As long as we have not received an address change, you remain liable for the items ordered by you that are delivered to the old address.

    Returns

    You can return the ordered item within 14 days of receipt without any reason.

    Poetree Kids guarantees that you will get your money back for your returned items (with the exception of discounted items or items in the sale) provided the items are returned in good condition. This means that the items are not damaged, dirty, washed or altered and that all labels are still on the article. Discounted items can not be returned to Poetree Kids.

    To return an item, we first ask you to send an e-mail to Poetree Kids via [email protected], with your name and address, order number and article number. We will then respond by e-mail.

    For returning the item, you can use the same box or shipping bag that you received with your order. We kindly request you to return the packing slip or invoice in the box / shipping bag. The costs of returning are for your own account.

    Exchange is of course also a possibility. You can indicate by e-mail for which item you want to exchange your received product. In the e-mail please mention the current article number and order number and for which product (s) you want to exchange it.
